Building upon many years of privately shared thoughts on the real benefits of Stoic Philosophy, Liam Milburn eventually published a selection of Stoic passages that had helped him to live well. As to approach a monarch one must ingratiate oneself with the officials who keep the gate and surround the throne, so to reach the Almighty one must practice many devotions, as well as serve many devotees and keep the company of the wise.
