We can bicker all we want about the right techniques, or who is the proper successor, or the details of the doctrines. But that would defeat the whole purpose of Aikido, now wouldn't it?
Many will criticize it, since they think it won't help them win a street fight.
They fail to see that the whole point of it is to get them out of a street fight.
He who lives by the sword shall perish by the sword.
